verdant is an independent florist in North London, with a distinctive personality shaped by its stylish owner, Rachel.
With a loyal local following, the shop has been steadily growing. I came on board to help shape how that personality shows up online.
This included developing a tone of voice, building a consistent presence across Instagram, and creating campaigns around seasonal flowers, sustainability, collaborations with other brands and their weekly flower subscription.
The brief was social media, but the work ended up being closer to brand building.
